Nox-Rust 3100 (X-110) Heavy Duty Corrosion Control Coating

• Barrier corrosion protection coating provides 1 to 5 years corrosion protection to bare metal parts, rusted or painted surfaces
• Apply to clean or rusted metal surfaces to give superior barrier protection, including water and salt spray resistance
• Applied by spray, brush, dip, filling or flushing/flow coat
• Average spread rate when applied at 3.0 to 4.0 mil wet film thickness is 700 square feet per gallon
• Dries to a firm dry to touch, clear amber tint, corrosion control coating after 4 hours
• Coating is tack free after 24 hours
• Can be removed with many common water based alkaline degreasers, mineral spirits, solvent or vapor degreasing
• Performs well under outdoor exposure and wide extremes in temperature
• Can be applied by spray at ambient temperatures as low as 40 F
• When applied properly will continue to adhere to metals at termperatures as low as -40 F (-40 C) without flaking
• Fulfills the requirements of Mil PRF-16173 Rev E. Grade 4 Class 1 and earlier revisions of Mil C-16173 Grade 4, Class 1 Military Specifications
