Nox-Rust 5100 501LS Indoor / Outdoor Corrosion Control Coating

• Nox-Rust 5100 501LS petroleum outdoor corrosion Inhibitor coating designed to protect metals when exposed to outdoor weather conditions
• For general purpose preservation, indoor or outdoor, with or without cover
• For domestic and overseas shipments where a dry to touch film is required
• Nox-Rust 501 LS is on the qualified products list for Mil PRF-16173 E Grade 1
• Can be applied by spray, dip or brush
• Dries to a black slightly tacky film coating
• Recommended dry film thickness of 2.5 Mils
• Properly applied coating will adhere to metals at temperatures a slow as 0 F (-18 C) without flaking
• Can be removed with a degreasing wash, steam or common industrial wax remover
• Black color, dry to touch in 4 hours, temporary coating

• 1 year minimum outdoor exposed corrosion protection
• 20% Salt Spray 336 hours
• Weatherometer 1200 hours at 2.5 Mil DFT
• Nox-Rust 5100 501LS is on the qualified products list for Mil PRF-16173 Rev E. Grade 2 Class 1
